Award-winning writer, trainer & community manager

Thanks for dropping by.

I am an award winning writer, trainer and community management consultant. My book ‘How to Help Someone after a Miscarriage’ is out now. I live in the Chew Valley with my husband, two young sons, dogs and cats.

Here’s some more about me, my work and projects and my skills, experience, education and training.

I blog about my work . You’ll find a lot on peer support, online support, community management and moderation, co-design and writing. Have a look at the tags over there on your right.

I’m also a mental health blogger. I write about my own experiences on this blog and for various publications and websites.

If you think we could work together or have any feedback, comments, questions or ideas then please get in touch.

show up. Grrrr… well I’m not writing all that over again. Regardless, just wanted
    to say great blog!

Hi there! I have started my own personal website and blog about my own experience as a sufferer of depression and anxiety. I was wondering if you could maybe have a look and give me some feedback? Maybe even share it if you think it will help others?
Anything you can tell me would be amazing as I am that new to this that my page is only on it’s second day. I really want to try and help other sufferers but have no guidance on what is the best way to do this whole blogging thing … Thanks so much

Hi, I have recently started my own blog – aimed at sharing all my drawings and paintings that I created whilst in recovery from various mental health disorders. There will be more images uploaded soon but for now I have started it simple. If you want to check it out please do 🙂
    Your blog is great.

    Hi there,

I am an educational writer by trade but in the past few years I have had some serious mental health issues. I was wondering if I could write with/for you as I have a lot of weird and wonderful things to share about my life.
