Wellbeing after Miscarriage programme

I'm really excited to finally be able to shout about the new Wellbeing after Miscarriage programme from Tommy's. This has been a project almost a year in the making and one that will hopefully help to fill a glaring gap in miscarriage support and preparing for pregnancy after loss. I managed all the content development, including the films and course materials as part of my role at Tommy's.

The programme includes:

• 21 on-demand sessions to follow at your own pace, or through an 8-week guided email journey.

• Mental health support from a specialist counsellor – addressing topics such as grief, bereavement, sleep and self-care strategies.

• Physiotherapist-led sessions to rebuild core strength and help you reconnect with your body after a loss.

• Exercise sessions specially developed for those who’ve been through a miscarriage, and for all fitness levels.

• Online peer support as you go through the programme.
